I just installed Omma Telo.

I can receive calls all the time. I cannot make any calls outbound unless it is a 1-800 number.

I can call all 1-800 without an issue.

If I dial *96 - then I can make any call without and issue. But I do not want to dial *96 every time and neither would my wife.

Any ideas?

Within the next two weeks Ooma plans on making some server corrections to fix a problem with one way calling which I am experiencing also. But I don't know if that fix will correct your problem also??
