Is it possible to set up an ooma telo behind a http or socks proxy? If yes, would you please point me to the directions?

What is the name and model number and the operating system used on the http or socks proxy server that you intend to use?

How will this server be connected in your setup?

You don't have to worry about sucurity for the Ooma device, so you can use a connection directly to one of your Router LAN ports.

Many people, including me, connect their Ooma device: Modem-Router-Ooma which works very well. With this connection, normally nothing is connected to the Ooma device's Home port, except to temporarily access Ooma Setup, if adjustments are required.
