Ooma has done something that is totally botched up the real status of users. I have Lifetime Premier on my Telo. The account information on shows I have BASIC! I'd give them a few days to get things worked out. Obviously, the folks that do changes to the website have made some errors in coding. Ooma is a fair company so I am sure that they will take care of things pretty quickly.
