Looks like service is down here in NJ also. Just spoke with customer service. Its been down since 11:30 AM today. They said its an internet outage and they are working on it.

Had same issue today..busy signal several times...been trying last 3 hours! finally got through..they need to improve phone support..

They have improved a great deal over the past month or so by hiring additional people. With an outage of this magnatude, you can well imagine everyone and their mother's brother is trying to call them. Cmon! Cut them a little slack!
