Dear users,
What are the recommended default settings for the TELO and ROUTER when installing the Telo between your modem and router ?

See attachments for Ooma Telo factory defualt settings. The Router can usually be set to factory default settings by reading the Router instruction manual. It's usually done by pushing a button on the back of the router or by using the instrucions in one of the Router pages. You must read the router manual to be sure.

If you forgot your username and password to your router you have no recourse but to hard reset the router back to factory defaults. Press and hold the reset button for 30 second and release. Wait 15 seconds and power cycle the router. Now the default username and password will work.
