Ported successfully but no inbound calls :(

OK,

I have had ooma for about 3 weeks. Everything was working fine and I decide to port --> today, they completed the port and I received an email saying so as well. Seemed fine.

Now the problem - I can make calls, but if I get an inbound call, it goes straight to voicemail and says the person can't take your call right now. This is even though it dials out fine, and the voicemail shows up immediately on the ooma hub when I leave it (from another phone).

I doubt anything is set up wrong, since it was ringing fine before the port. Oh, and the second number, which used to also ring (the one I got from ooma) does the same thing ---> no ring, straight to voicemail. I have disabled all the blacklists and so on, but I doubt anything is set up wrong on my end, since it was working just fine.

Any ideas?

Just a quick suggestion:
Is the voicemail (envelope) light on? If so hold it down 5 seconds and it will shut off. This is privacy mode and all calls will go to voicemail.
