Can't get Ooma to connect

Post by novaker1 » Mon Jul 04, 2011 7:37 pm

I moved my computer/modem/router to a new room and when I tried to re-hook-up the Ooma, the lightls flash (the play, stop, fast forward, rewind). Followed by the Ooma symbol flashing red a few times, then all of the lights turn off.

I made sure I had all of the cables connect correctly - I labeled each cable.

What am I doing wrong?

maybe nothing, check to make sure when all lights turn off that you don't have the dimmer set to off. Push the sun icon and see. Hope that is all it is.
Ooma Telo, Hub.
1958 was a very good year!
No cell phone , no land line- just Ooma
all my eggs in one Ooma basket
I lied- my wife has a cell, but not me!! I like my privacy and not being attached to a phone.
