The DECT wireless radio may be Disabled in the Ooma Telo.

If that is so, with this current verison of Ooma Telo firmware, you have to contact Ooma Customer Support to have them turn the DECT wireless radio on.
(You may have to ask for at least third level support).

There also is an advanced Ooma Telo firmware, that Ooma has pushed out to some people for echo problems. Ooma Support may install this advanced firmware to your Ooma Telo, which may allow you to enable the DECT wireless radio using Ooma Setup????
