Just purchased the Telo handset and it's activated. I have both my old lines switched over successfully. How can I swap numbers? My wife's number (619-697-****) is business related and should be the priority line. I have 4 phones through the house and they work well. Unfortunately they are all electronic and have self generated ring tones. We can't distinguish which line the incoming call is on. ;)

You will have to call customer support to swap the numbers for you.

Set your phones to the shortest ring tone available.
Then pick one of the more complicated ring tones in your my.ooma account. That works with my Panasonic phones.
