I have activated, connected my base unit to the Ooma, used an ethernet connection to a modem/router. All i get is a busy signal? :?:

Some Ideas:
Are all of the lights on the face of the Ooma blue?
It can take up to an hour for Ooma to download updates.

Try connecting your Ooma Internet port to your modem using a network cable. Some people get the phone cable mixed with the network cable. It's easy to do.

Make sure you have connected your phone to the Phone port on the Ooma device.

All the lights are blue. The top 3 are blinking. Number 2 is light up, but number 1 is dark.
