Just tell them you don't care whether or not the number was ported or not and that you just want to cancel service now. They have to cancel if you request it.

OOMA will not release my number. Error says the same thing all the time, no matter what I enter. "Billing zip code does not match" Bull Sh_t. i even changed it on OOMA and my port request, same error. Does not matter what PIN i put in. on about my 8th try. Making me crazy, which has to be the point.
