I have my Ooma Telo set up so that I have two sets of wireless phones connected to the phone wiring in the wall. The base station of each phone is plugged into a wall phone jack. Everything seems to work fine as long as I connect the Ooma Telo device to the wall jack through the "Phone" receptacle on the back of the unit . I get no dial tone if I plug the Ooma into the "Wall" jack. I suppose I should be happy everything is working, but this doesn't seem to be the proper set up. Am I missing something?

The wall jack on the Telo has only one use. If you integrate a landline with the Telo you connect the landline to the Ooma's wall jack. If you have not integrated a landline, the wall jack on the Telo has no use. It does not provide dial tone.

John, welcome to Ooma. Just making sure you have disconnected your house wiring from the telephone company at the NIB outside?
