Dryloop DSL speed and MOS for OOMA

Post by nextbond » Fri Mar 04, 2011 3:05 pm

Got dry loop installed today. However connect speed varies from 2.5Mbps. Speedtest yields 1.6Mbps, however MOS = 4.39

My other DSL shared with phone line gives 3Mbps connect speed. Speedtest yields 2.6Mbps

When you have 2 DSL's coming into your house. Does it degrade connection of one?

Wanted to make sure dry loop is ok before I port# over to ooma
Thanks

Your speeds are OK.
If you have two DSL circuits, they're on two different pairs of wires, and one has zilch to do with the other.
