I've just completed the porting process and connected OOMA. Most everything appears to be working correctly but call waiting is not working......goes straight to voicemail. Any suggestions? Thanks

The phone you are using had call waiting work before with your prior service?

Is it consistent? Do they show up on call log? Maybe you can report to customer service with related log entries.

I had ATT VOIP prior to OOMA with caller id. Using my cell phone, I try to call my home phone to see if caller id works.....goes to voicemail right away. No log of the incoming call. Thanks

Calling your Ooma works but when a 2nd call is coming in, it goes directly to VM is what you are saying?
