Scout problem - 4 red lights (I think I know the answer)

I kinda wrote that page off when I first installed. I did not think it was supposed to show scouts, which I thought was odd, but never thought about it again. Are you saying scouts should be there? Scout #1 was of the bad serial number batch, it's fixed now (by ntoy), but I still don't see it.

Shared Scouts do not show up there.
If you want a personal Scout you have to create it using it's serial number.
Then you assign a phone number to the personal scout.

Yeah, that part works (My Ooma --> Preferences --> Phone Numbers). That's how I found out number #1 has a bad serial number. Oh well. #2 is going back into the mail... I'll start looking again next week.
