I've tried the power off, hold left and 0 key, power on trick, but the phone just says 'Auto Registration'.
Unfortunately, I wasn't in front of the phone when I called support, but she told me to enter the PIN when it says 'Auto Registration' on the handset. Does that sound right? I thought it was supposed to beep and prompt me for the pin?
I've reset the Telo and tried all the tricks.
Did you press and hold the "Antenna" key (upper right corner) on the Telo until it starts to blink?
