My T-Mobile @Home number is being ported over to Ooma today. I got a test call from Ooma on my @Home line at 8am. I heard the recorded message from Ooma and hung up. Around 9am, the T-Mobile line went dead, so I disconnected all of my T-Mobile equipment. I haven't been using the temporary Ooma number since I initiated the port, so I reconnected the Telo. Everything booted up fine and I get a dial tone and am able to make calls on it. Everything seems to be going smoothly.

My one question is what is happening to the calls being made to the T-Mobile number during the porting process? I assume they are going right to voice mail and being saved by Ooma. Am I correct?

Usually, there maybe a brief duration where the caller would get "number disconnected" message.
