Is there a setting in Ooma office for 10 digit dialing? Also to go along with this, caller ID info still is not going through to my phones, although it is included in emailed voicemails. I also have a Telo and the same phones work fine and show the caller ID info when hooked up to them, so I know it is not the phones themselves.

That is just great for Ooma Telo, but I have Ooma Office. So back to my question, is there a way to turn on or off 10 digit dialing in Ooma Office?

Ooma Office currently doesn't have the option for you to turn off permissive 10-digit dialing. We plan to add that as an option in the future.
