I guess it's basically a double port, so there may be a charge. I know there's no charge to port a number to Office. I'm afraid I may get charged for porting the Office to the Telo.

That will be a number reassignment. Since it is going to a Telo, at most a number change fee on the Telo side. Ask customer service to do this.
