No Ooma service in Eugene, OR since about 11:00 AM. It's 1:38 PM now. It did come back on for awhile (maybe 12-1:00, not sure), but then off again. This is not good here at my business... I also wish it would automatically forward to my cell phone.

4:40 EST in Knoxville, Tennessee. OOMA Service is still out. It comes back then goes out again. This is very dissapointing. I'm seriously re-thinking my decision to go with OOMA.

Just got into the lounge and activated multi-ring. At least now my calls go to the cell.

I did the same, but my calls are still going straight to voicemail. Oh well... at least callers aren't getting dead air anymore.

Out in nyc, ny. This blows! Bad mistake canceling Verizon, I thought they were bad but at least I could get them to answer the phone and fix things. I can see this company wont be around for long. People will waste a lot of money buying boxes that will not work. I should have known it was too good to be true. There is NO FREE LUNCH!!!

I just ported myself and my Dad over to Ooma last week. He just called me using the cell phone and wondering why his Ooma's line is not working. At first, I didn't know there was an outage so, I had him going through rebooting the router and the Ooma box. Oh boy, this doesn't look good.
