I'm still out here in Bensalem,PA. Noticed it at 6:30 AM. Wonder why there is no status update from Ooma. At least they posted SOMETHING on 4/13. My internet is working fine, but both 1 & 2 buttons are red. Power cycled it twice with no change in status.

ooma really needs to let it's users know that they are on the case. If we lose users, we lose the network. Help us help you ooma.

What would you switch to? Vonage, Magic Jack? When the internet screws up, they all screw up or have the option to get screwed up. My landline went down every time it RAINED so there are no guarantees. That went on for a MONTH before they finally fixed it. You all need to realize technology will screw you every chance it gets. As for relying on any internet service for 911 as another poster said, it's a crap shoot. If you have a diabetic family member, you should have been more responsible and kept your basic landline. You all have cell phones too for such very uncommon occurrences. I guess I'm basically saying 'Stop crying like babies' Stuff happens!!!!


I'm not "crying like a baby" and yes I'm aware that "stuff happens" and I did say "I like OOMA" but unfortunetly I don't have cell service in my area and unfortunetly I do need to make some phone calls before heading to work. All I'm bassically saying is that it's very frustrating considering OOMA has been reliable until the last few days.

2009.4.15 @ 06:30am EST - Kentucky - Still out and not happy. Love the non 24x7 support. Have had OOMA a month now and am not convinced it's going to be the proper solution.
