My 1 and 2 lights on my core are off now.. NH. Interesting to see what the corporate response will be after this outage is over... My first in 3 weeks... I'm willing to be patient.. Remember, ROI is just 8 months for most VIOP bills.

Second outage for me in two months. I love cutting ties with the phone company but this isn't what I signed up for. Growing pains is one thing, but without backup systems in place I may as well go back to AT&T. Get it together ooma.

Still out in NYC. Can you fix the Web service status? It's definitely not working in many places still...

No, you should be ok. oom just can't find the connection. It will all go back to normal soon.

Out still in NYC. Been out for a while.

Brand new customer here, this was going to be about the 5th time I tried the service (trying to debate if the inconvenience of another line / land line is worth the $ savings over bumping up my wireless plan)...

Suffice to say, I'm pretty unsatisfied. I know people are saying this is the first outage in a while, so consider me a customer who can't be placated. It's been down for hours here, which means I made that call I wanted to make with ooma (which took more than hour) with my trusty cell phone, anyway.

Right now I'd say there's an 80% chance Amazon gets an Ooma return from me in the next couple weeks. It had been about 50% before this outage.

ooma still out in Woodland Hills, CA. I cannot even log into my ooma lounge. It tells me the login info is incorrect. Fortunately I have messages sent to email.......

Its 6:48pm est here in Boston area and ooma is still down.
