Comcerto software sends VoIP_IPTONEDET Parameter 3 only for PTD tones. The Power Level, range is 0 to -46 dBov in units of -0.1 dBov, giving a parameter range of 0 to 460 (decimal).

Timestamp units increment at the PCM sampling rate of 8 kHz
