SDRAM controller initialization sequence, contains the sequence of address and value of registers to initialize, used for for M823XX_2

U16 _SHwCfg::usCSparamTiming

CS timings

U16 _SHwCfg::usDeviceAmbaClkM823V2

Device AMBA clock frequency for M823V2 . This parameter is used to define which
dividers should be set for PLL clock. For example C300V2 EVM may use 133MHz and 150MHz AMBA clock

U16 _SHwCfg::usDeviceRefclk

Device reference clock frequency. This parameter is used to define which
dividers should be set for PLL clock. For example C300 EVM may use 10MHz and 25MHz ref. clock

U16 _SHwCfg::usHwParamsMask

Bits specifying which fields are set in structure, defaults will be used for the other fields.
In order to keep backward compatibility zero value in this field means that all fields are set.

SDRAM parameter number, actually it's a number of address and value sets, used for M823XX_2
