IN Boolean _SCallerIdInfo::bIsOnHook

OnHook / OffHook status of the channel.
If it is TRUE, then ONHOOK caller Id will be generated,
otherwise OFFHOOK caller Id will be generated

U16 _SCallerIdInfo::MsgLen

Caller ID Messsage length

U8* _SCallerIdInfo::pucMsgStr

Caller ID Messsage String in SDMF or MDMF format

U8 _SCallerIdInfo::ucModulType

0x00 = BFSK Bel202 standard, 0x01 = CCITT V.23 standard.
Used for onhook caller ID only
