About the Role:

We are expanding rapidly and need an experienced customer support representative to join our team. By solving problems for our users and collecting their feedback, you will be an integral part of our ability to deliver great service to our rapidly-growing user base, now and in the future.

We use Desk.com to manage our support tickets, and we deliver email-based support, which allows our customer support team to work from virtually anywhere, and at any time of the day. While the position will be based primarily in our Sunnyvale office, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, if necessary.

Please note: This will initially be a part-time role, but if all goes well, it may expand to full-time in the near future.

Ideal candidates:

  • have prior experience providing high volume user support at a tech company, using an online support ticket system (Desk, Zendesk or similar);
  • are web/tech savvy with knowledge of Android and iOS UIs and Apps;
  • demonstrate very high productivity and a strong work ethic;
  • are flexible multitaskers that can shift focus often and with ease;
  • love troubleshooting and solving problems with close attention to detail;
  • interact effectively with a culturally diverse team, as well as users from across the globe;
  • are comfortable using Twitter, Facebook and Instagram as alternative support platforms;
  • work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
  • have excellent command of written English; Spanish is a definite plus
  • are able to commute to Sunnyvale
