Ooma Office – the leader in small business solutions is rapidly GROWING, and we are looking for an Outside Sales Manager to run our B2B team in your area!

The Outside Sales Manager will have a proven track-record of building successful relationships with small and medium sized businesses. You’ll be out in the field at least 90% of the time working with, and mentoring your Outside Sales team, prospecting new business, running weekly sales meetings, and most importantly, acquiring new clientele! If you are a charismatic self-starter with successful, credible follow-up and sales development experience at multiple executive levels within an organization, we want to talk to you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • LEAD BY EXAMPLE to Drive Sales – Actively coach representatives in the field and help devise action plans for their success
  • Demonstrate Good Judgment in Non-standard Situations Where Good Judgment is Required
  • Charismatic and Hands-on Leadership in a Sales Environment is Required
  • Support Your Team in Sales Calls When Necessary to Assist in Closing Larger, More Complicated Accounts

Preferred Experience & skill:

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • SAAS Knowledge a Must
  • Telecommunications Experience Strongly Preferred
  • Demonstrated Leadership, Tenacity, Discipline and Focus in a Transactional Sales Environment is Required
  • Stellar Communications Skills
  • Ability to Coach in Real Time, How to Be Successful in This Role
  • Ability to Operate Independently in a Fast-paced, High Performing Organization
  • Professional / Business Maturity – Ability to communicate with several types of business organizations
