Business (Enterprise and SMB) Product Marketing Manager

Job Title: Business Product Marketing Manager

This role will own Product Marketing functions to support the growth of our business products. It will own product positioning, market and competitive knowledge and will be a key player to inform, craft and drive our GTM strategy.

Responsibilities and Experience in:

  • Owning Market Knowledge. The individual will analyze, size, and segment our potential and existing markets through a cross section of geos, industries and trends. They will look at existing penetration rates, trends, product fit, and more, to continuously improve the GTM strategy.
  • Competitive Intelligence. You’ll be the subject matter expert in how our direct and in-direct competitors are positioning and pricing themselves in the market. This knowledge will be used to inform the creation of assets to further bolster our programs.
  • Product Positioning. Owning primary research of our target audiences should not be new to you. As we enter and segment new markets, you’ll own what our buyer’s care about, their decision points and personas. You’ll use the data to continuously ideate new propositions to test amongst demand generation programs as well.
  • Product Messaging. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product Management to understand our feature sets and will own the review and accuracy of all product related messaging copy in all marketing assets.
  • Enablement. Key to this role will be your to ideate, write, and drive the creation of assets that will support Marketing demand programs and Sales’ front-line efforts. From proposals to prospecting tools, to training to demand assets, owning this aspect of content creation should be second nature to you.

In summary, you’ll be a key contributor to our growth engine. You’ll be a data-hound as well, so you can understand and inspect the impact of decisions and directions made that lead the rest of the organization. Required Experience:

  • 5 years of Product Marketing experience in SMB and/or Enterprise marketing.
  • Telecom, Telephony industry experience is a plus but not required.
