I have an Ooma hub system with Scouts, is there an upgrade or trade up program?

No, however, for existing customers that want purchase a Telo and want to migrate all of their account information from their Hub to their Telo we will grandfather in their account information for free.  Just call Ooma Support to request the account transfer.
