  • Refer your friends to any Costco warehouse location to purchase an Ooma Hub at $199.99 before Wednesday, September 30th, 2009.
  • Your friend must activate their system by Friday, October 9th and remain an active customer for at least 30 days.
  • Submit your referral via the form below and we will credit your account with your reward within 30 days.
  • There is no limit as to how many friends you may refer.
