Rated 5 out of 5áby I should have switched to ooma sooner! I was spending $50 on my cable VOIP, this was a great decision. Ooma paid for itself in just two months! A 12 minute call to Germany cost me only 35 cents. Can't beat that. November 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby This product Features We chose Ooma because of it's value to our family's economy. With that in mind I do not want the premiere features. We are on a budget and any extra costs are not something we can accommodate at this time. We simply do not want the premiere version of Ooma to automatically be added to our credit card without our authorization and permission. Otherwise you have a wonderful product - please don't mess with it. November 8, 2014

When issues did arise I was able to get in contact with support and get things working again without issue. I would and have recommended this product to numerous people who wish to have a landline in addition to their cell phone(s). November 7, 2014

I tell them if they can compete with free they are for me. that usually ends the call. Thanks OOMA for the past three years of no phone bill. November 5, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5áby Set up can be complicated Set up issues are sometimes complicated. There needs to be more direct information available when setting up behind a router or to a router/modem combo. I think it is doable without scaring off too many potential customers. Right now it is not easy to dig into the web site and find the information. Web site should be more up front about DMZ and port triggering and any other of the more common problems. November 5, 2014
