How do I quantify my speed between the two scales: Kilobytes per second ? and Mega bytes per second?

Is there a factor to equate one two the other. Trying to decipher my speed test

thanks for your help.

Another easy way is 1 Megabyte per second is equal to 1,000 Kilobytes per second.

Actually, it is generally considered 1024 instead of 1000 when dealing with computer related speeds and feeds. The exception is disk storage is routinely quoted using 1000 as a basis instead of 1024.
