Me neither. I was told by Ooma CS that they had done everything they needed to do. It was up to the regional carriers (AT&T, Verizon, etc) to update their CID databases.
Since it costs the carriers money to update those databases, some of them only do it quarterly. I am not sure how much I believe of that.
I got a new Verizon number for our security system and my CID information showed up immediately (even when I called somebody who had AT&T).
Very frustrating.
