I've had an OOMA account for a few years (OOMA Hub). My caller ID information has consistently been incorrect; when I make a call, the callee sees OOMA INC on their phone. So, a few weeks ago I emailed support and asked them to correct my information.
Today I opened my american express bill and see a charge from OOMA for $19.99??? I didn't know what it was for (support never mentioned a charge to me) so I checked my account in MyOOMA and sure enough, I see this charge:

Why do I have to pay OOMA for correcting incorrect information? And why was no mention of a charge made by OOMA support? I will be disputing this charge with Amex.
