How do I cancel my Ooma account? I called in 1.5 weeks ago to cancel account, and I was told to wait for an email in 48 hours. Since then I called in again 2 times after waiting for a 1 week without any response. On top of that, I see recent charges on my account for International calling bundle now. Please help!
I bought Ooma Telo and used it for about 25 days, initially I had few issues with installation and call quality. But all issue were resolved and I really like Ooma. However, Comcast raised my bill when I try to cancel Comast digital voice, so I am stuck comcast and need to cancel Ooma for now.
