Inbound Caller Id Problems

Postby ajw522 » Tue Nov 03, 2009 11:30 am

Sometimes, my phone does not display the caller id of the person calling. Not even private or unknown, just nothing. Ooma does not transmit it. If I log into my ooma, I can see the right info, but only after the call has gone to voicemail. Anyone else experience this.

Are you answering too soon? Caller ID data is sent between the first and second ring.

No, I am letting the call go all the way to voice mail!

Being a 2.4 GHz phone, perhaps there is something going on with interference between it and your wireless router.
