Eric Stang joins Ooma from Reliant Technologies, a medical technology company, where he served as President and CEO and member of the Board of Directors. Prior to Reliant Technologies, Stang acted as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Lexar, now a subsidiary of Micron. During his seven years at Lexar, Stang played a leadership role in taking the company public, effectively enacted a turnaround strategy, led its growth and entry into new markets, oversaw the development of a consumer brand, and established Lexar products in more than 70,000 storefronts worldwide with revenues in excess of $850 million. Under his leadership, Lexar also became one of the 50 largest public technology companies in Silicon Valley, before its acquisition by Micron.

Rich Buchanan brings over 25 years of consumer and OEM executive level marketing and sales experience to the management team at Ooma. Most recently Rich was part of the executive management team at Sling Media. He joined Sling Media in 2005, prior to the introduction of the Slingbox and was responsible for building the Slingbox brand, which included brand advertising, web and viral strategies, public relations, tradeshows and events. He was also responsible for the Slingbox customer experience, packaging, channel marketing, and efforts to build awareness in support of a global retail sales channel.
With previous experience at SuperMac Technologies, Radius, Creative Labs, Rendition, and Raycer Graphics, he has deep retail consumer electronics and OEM experience. While at Creative Labs, Rich was responsible for product marketing and for introducing the sound card and CD-ROM player to the consumer electronics world, helping to take Creative Labs to $1.5B in annual sales. He was promoted internally at Creative to GM of the OEM Business Unit, an International Creative Technology Ltd. division responsible for $400M in annual sales.
Rich serves as a Board Member for the Consumer Electronics Association and is an advisor for several early stage start-ups in Silicon Valley. He has given technical and marketing presentations at COMDEX, CES, CeBit, MacWorld, and several international standards committee meetings. Products under his direction have won hundreds of technical and editorial awards as well as multiple marketing awards for creative advertising and web development. He studied Cellular Physiology at the University of Illinois and completed two years of PhD study in Physiology prior to joining Beecham Laboratories where he began his sales and marketing career.

Andrew Galligan brings over twenty years of finance experience to Ooma. Galligan has held positions at the Vice President and CFO level for several private and public companies in the medical industry; leading several S-1 filings with the SEC and negotiating multiple acquisitions and partnership agreements. Galligan most recently served as Vice President of Finance and CFO at Reliant Technologies, a medical technology company, which ranked 38th in the Silicon Valley / San Jose Business Journal's annual "Fast 50" list of the fifty fastest-growing private companies in the Silicon Valley for 2008. Galligan's leadership extends back to 1995 when he was CFO of Molecular Devices, a high-performance bio-analytical measurement systems supplier that is now part of MDS Analytical Technologies, to an initial public offering.

Toby is the vice president of engineering and operations of Ooma and oversees all of Ooma's technical development, manufacturing and engineering.
Prior to joining Ooma, Toby was an employee at Apple Computer for 10 years where he served as a principal designer, managing hundreds of engineers. He then joined 3DO as vice president of engineering, overseeing multi-million dollar operations and taking the technical lead for the company's IPO. Toby also founded BroadLogic and served as its chief executive officer, followed by five years at Digeo where he held the title of chief technology officer.
Toby has spent over 20 years creating technologically impressive products, from personal computers and video game consoles, to satellite networking systems and home broadband media centers.
Toby holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Tami Bhaumik joined Ooma, Inc. in May, 2008, to relaunch the Ooma VoIP home phone system and to build the Ooma brand. Tami is responsible for brand advertising, web and viral strategies, channel marketing, tradeshows and events, the Ooma customer experience, and directing all efforts to build awareness to support a global retail sales channel.
Tami brings over 20 years of consumer and high technology marketing experience to the management team at Ooma, Inc. with previous experience at Sling Media, ComVentures, several successful high technology start-ups, Creative Labs, and agency experience with Saatchi & Saatchi, J. Walter Thompson and Goldberg, Moser, O’Neil. She has achieved great success driving marketing strategies and executions on both client and agency sides. Tami has won numerous marketing awards including Addy and Webby awards as well as being awarded the top 25 most impactful tradeshow booths at CES 2007 for her Sling Media presence.
Tami is a member of the Consumer Electronics Association advisory board for the International Consumer Electronics Show and is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.

Aaron brings to Ooma over 18 years of sales and channel development experience both in the U.S. and Europe. Aaron has held a variety of senior sales and marketing positions at Apple, Claris, Hewlett-Packard and Sling Media. He has a proven track record of designing channel programs and strategies to successfully launch high-tech products and services to consumers, businesses and multi-national corporations through direct and indirect channels.

Dennis is the vice president of product management and technical advisory board member of Ooma and is responsible for creating an intuitive, compelling user experience.
Prior to joining Ooma, Dennis worked at Cisco Systems for 11 years where he began his career as a customer support engineer. He later joined the Escalation Team where he focused on fixing the most technically challenging problems, as well as supporting the design, rollout and operations of the largest remote access and broadband aggregation networks worldwide. He was honored with the title of Distinguished Support Engineer because of his expertise in networking protocols, isolating and fixing highly complex issues, and leadership among his peers.
Dennis holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
