From Three Years to Life

At ooma, we always regarded the three-year service clause in our Terms & Conditions as a simple principle in action: a general projection of how long an electronic device was expected to last (much like the iPhone® or Tivo®). Our community and consumers, however, have expressed a number of questions and concerns about the three-year service clause. In an effort to be responsive, we have modified our Terms & Conditions to offer unlimited calling to any number in the U.S. without charge for the “life of the ooma Hub device” – and, if you’re anything like me, that could be a very long time (hey, I’m still playing Halo® on my original Xbox®).
