Tried inputting my zip code but didn’t get any results. Does the map feature work? I want to purchase the Ooma and know I will be able to use my Uniden phone handsets with it. Also will existing phone handsets (i.e. Uniden or Panasonic) work with the Telo? Thanks for such great products!
Hi Francesca – you may have entered a ZIP code where the product wasn’t being carried at a supplied Costco. What zip code did you enter?

Hi Sri, you may notice different price points between the in-store product and the Costco.com product. The reason for the difference is the Hub/Scout bundle offered on Costco.com is different from the Hub-only bundle available in-store.

Can anyone give us an idea on when the Telo device will launch? I am really waiting for that and holding on buying the current device. if you could give an idea on either when telo will be available in stores, OR what price can existing Ooma users upgrade for to the telo device, it will help us out a lot.. I know atleast 8 other friends who are in the same boat waiting for Telo to launch.

But they pulled Ooma from all Costco store locations (but it is available online though).
Do we still get the deal if we buy it from Costco online?

I’m in the same situation, waiting to buy when the new device comes out for consumer purchase.

I am trying to decide whther to buy the Ooma device now (and upgrade later) or wait for the Telo device? My current contract ends in October, at which point I am looking to switch to another provider
HI, From what I read on the net, they are supposed to offer the OOMA TELO on October 1st. Whether they will again this release date is beyond me.
I bought the ooma hub from costco for 199.99. I just found out today while I am installing, that the box does not include ooma scout. Is this suppose to be hub only, or costco forgot to give me the scout?

I bought the OOMA from COSTCO per the program within the time frame specified when my brother (who has it) told me how good it was. I bought the premier and am very happy, as is he. BUT: He went to the site to get the credit after I had the service the minimum time, and all the details were gone.
How does he get the credit?
