I just got this service 3 weeks ago. They have grown leaps and bounds within the past 2 years while reading articles on their development all over the net. The hub has gone down drastically in price [by half], their services have increased to meet the growing demands of peoples home phone usage, and they have recently beefed up their customer support lines. For not getting a monthly phone bill AND having the opportunity to access your voicemail anywhere you go AND keeping this number with you indefinitely as you move from place to place, OOMA is brilliant. p.s. yes the sound quality is better than comcast voip. Congrats ooma!
I REALLY like your offering and am ready to buy but I REALLY worry about the longevity of your company. The competition is brutal and I torn about risking $250 only to have you go out of business soon afterward. I know you will tell me not to worry but I’m sure it is holding back more people than just me.
