Hi Robert and Lynn,

This link is a good place to start:

http://www.ooma.com/learn/ooma_faq.php

We are not affiliated with AT&T, but you can integrate another phone provider's landline with ooma if you choose or just use it as a stand-alone unit.

If you have several phones in the house, we recommend you connect each phone or cordless base station to a ooma Scout.

We recommend that you use ooma with a wired Internet connection only (e.g. Cable, DSL or Fiber-optic). Installing ooma with your DSL line will not affect your network speed when you're on an active call.

Thanks,
Bobby

Hi Saurel,

Call logs have definitely been a frequently requested feature. It is on the development plan, but I don't have a firm estimate on when we'll see it in the field.

Also, a few weeks ago we released an update to the personal numbers feature, so you should now be able to swap phone numbers between private devices and shared devices. If you have any difficulty with that, please let us know.

Thanks!
