Customers can purchase two additional years of coverage at any time during the first year of service. This warranty covers full replacement or repair of all ooma devices for material defects. Does this warranty cover aged units? 3 years can be a long time sitting on a shelf next to my TV and other electronics. I still have a realy old answering machine and it’s currently being used with the OOMA telo. But will OOMA telo last longer than my old 80s answering machine? Time will tell. I hope buyers and users of OOMA can get a discounted replacement once these babies get to old to work.
