Is there a trial period for Ooma? What if I set it up and don't like it?

We'll be sad to see you go, but if you decide that Ooma isn't for you, simply return it to your place of purchase. Ooma has a 30-day return policy for purchases made through our website. You can initiate the return process by calling a member of our customer support team.  

If you purchased your Ooma device through a third-party retailer, you will need to consult their return policy. Ooma's customer support team cannot assist you with returning your equipment to a third-party retailer. Once you've returned your device, however, you should call our customer support team to cancel your account with us.
