Ooma Telo Handset menu guide

The Ooma Telo Handset gives you enhanced access to many of Ooma's features. If you'd like to access those features faster, this guide will help you know what you'll find as you're navigating through the Ooma Telo Handset menus and sub-menus.

What are the menu options for my Ooma Telo Handset while I'm not on a call?

 

You can access the Ooma Telo Handset's menu by pressing the MENU button beneath the phone's screen. From there, you can navigate through the following menu:

  • Speed Dial
  • Intercom
    • Baby monitor (only displays if baby monitor is enabled)
    • Base phone
    • Handset 1-4
    • Call All
  • Service Settings
    • Do Not Disturb (toggle on/off)
    • Call Forwarding (toggle off) Note: This function is currently disabled
    • Sync Config Note: Use this option if you've made changes in your My Ooma account and want them to be immediately reflected on your Ooma Telo Handset
  • Phone Settings
    • Auto Answer (toggle on/off)
    • Auto Hangup (toggle on/off)
    • Voicemail speaker (toggle on/off)
    • Voicemail Monitoring (toggle on/off)
    • Baby monitor (toggle on/off)
  • Sound Settings
    • Incoming call ring
      • Select ring tone
    • Intercom ring
      • Select ring tone
    • Ringer Volume
      • Select volume
    • Earpiece volume
      • Select volume
    • Speaker volume
      • Select volume

    • Contrast
      • Select setting

What are the menu options for my Ooma Telo Handset while I'm on a call?

You can access the Ooma Telo Handset menu by pressing the MENU button beneath the phone's screen. From there, you can navigate through the following menu:

  • Send to Voicemail
  • Put on hold
  • Mute

Additionally, if you have two calls (one on line one and one on line two), you will have the option to combine the calls for a three-way conference call.
