When you purchase your Ooma unit, it comes with free unlimited nationwide calling, caller-ID, call waiting, voicemail, and other basic features. For the first two months, we'll also give you a two month free trial of our feature-rich Premier service. We've designed Ooma Premier to give you the ultimate telephone experience that will fit the needs of you and your family. With advanced features such as an Instant Second Line, Multi-Ring and call forwarding, call screening, and more, you might find yourself wondering how you ever lived without Premier phone service.

Why do I get a free trial?

We at Ooma love everything that comes bundled with Ooma Premier. We've put together a group of features to help you save money, protect your privacy, and make your home telephone a personalized service. We offer every new customer a free trial so that they can have a chance to fall in love with Ooma Premier, too. Many customers think that Ooma Premier is a collection of the best telephone features available, and we hope that you'll agree!

Do I get to use all of the Ooma Premier features during my free trial?

Yes. Your Ooma Premier free trial gives you full access to all that Ooma Premier has to offer.

How long does my free trial last?

Your Ooma Premier free trial lasts for two months from the date that your device is activated.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

Starting two weeks before the end of your free trial, we'll send you several emails to let you know that your trial is expiring soon. If you don't wish to continue your subscription to Ooma Premier, simply click the link in one of those emails to log into your My Ooma account and opt out. If you take no action, your account will default to a monthly subscription to Ooma Premier, and your credit card will be billed for the first month of service.

What happens to the Ooma Premier features I've enabled if my free trial expires?

If you opt out of Ooma Premier after your free trial expires, any Ooma Premier features you have enabled will be turned off. Your preferences will be remembered if at any point in the future you decide you'd like to renew your subscription to Ooma Premier. Please keep in mind, however, that if you have selected a second phone number we can only reserve that number for you for 60 days from the termination of your Ooma Premier subscription.

If I bought a refurbished or a used Ooma unit do I get a free Premier trial?

Yes! All refurbished Ooma units come with a free two-month trial of Ooma Premier. If you have a used Ooma unit, you will receive a two-month trial when you reactivate your device.

Can I opt out of the Ooma Premier free trial?

How can I get a free gift at the end of my Premier free trial?

If you like the features that you’ve tested out during your Premier free trial, you can sign up for an annual subscription to our premium service and pay once each year instead of making a monthly payment. If I enroll in Premier during the trial period, do I lose my free 60 days?

No. Your subscription will begin at the end of your free trial period.

If you purchase an annual Premier subscription your credit card will be charged right away so that we can send your free gift right away, but you will still continue your free trial.
