For any issues with your Ooma device, please call a member of our customer care team at 1-888-711-6662. We're here Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm, PST, and Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 5pm, PST.

If you purchased the Ooma device from one of Ooma's approved third party retailer, please refer back with the retailer's return policy.
