Enhanced voicemail

We've come to depend on voicemail as part of our daily lives. With this in mind, Ooma has set out to create enhanced voicemail features for Ooma Premier subscribers that will take voicemail to a new level. Features such as call screening and Do Not Disturb ensure that you don't have to pick up the phone when you're not talking, while private voicemail and send to voicemail help you make sure that you only have to listen to the voicemails that come in for you.

Voicemail Forwarding

When you're on the go, you can't always know when you have a new voicemail. Now, the Ooma voicemail forwarding feature can alert you that you have a new voicemail with either an email or a text message. You can even opt to have an audio file of your voicemail attached to your email, so you can listen with just a click of a button.

Call Screening

When the phone rings, it's not always a sure thing that you want to pick it up. If you don't recognize a number, or just want to see what the caller wants before you decide what to do, then call screening might be the answer. With call screening, calls that go to voicemail are played out loud on the speakers of all Ooma devices. If you've heard enough to know that you want to take the call, simply pick up the phone and you'll be connected immediately!
