What is Do Not Disturb and how does it work?
When you turn on Do Not Disturb on your Ooma Telo, you will forward all subsequent incoming calls to voicemail without ringing your phones. You can enable Do Not Disturb by pressing and holding the
button on your Ooma Telo for two seconds.
If the
button remains orange when you stop pressing, you'll know your Telo is in Do Not Disturb mode.
How can I turn Do Not Disturb off?
You can turn Do Not Disturb off by pressing on the
button on your Ooma Telo and holding it for two seconds.
Is Do Not Disturb available to all users?
No. Do Not Disturb is available only to Ooma Premier subscribers.
Does call screening work when Do Not Disturb is on?
No. If you have turned on Do Not Disturb mode, incoming calls will be sent directly to voicemail and will not be screened aloud on your Ooma device. You can still see when you have a new voicemail message by looking to see if the
button is orange.

How do I know if my system is in Do Not Disturb mode?
You can tell that your Ooma Telo is in Do Not Disturb mode if the
button is a solid orange or if you call your own phone number and voicemail picks up right away without ringing your phone.
